Job DetailsSales Commission Analyst (Contract)Location: Lehi, UT 84043 (Hybrid)Duration: 5/01/2026 to 11/01/2026Team: Payroll & Stock AdministrationExecutionKey Responsibilities:Perform the entire commissions process focusing on the monthly commission calculations and analytical audits across all sales teams and provide timely and accurate accrual information to accounting teamMaintain models with demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerBI and continuously review models and identify areas of potential improvementAdminister and update Excel and PowerBI to ensure transparency for our sales teamPartner with payroll and accounting to ensure proper payments each monthWork with management on various projects that use Excel, Python, Power BI, and SQL to drive process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting.PlanGain an understanding of all compensation plans for new and existing sales employeesGain an understanding of quota and resultsAssist in analysis of plan efficiencySupportEnsure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail across compensation systemsAssist in Ad-hoc analysis and track key performance metrics monthly.Ensure controls are performed for accurate payout of commissionsCollaborate with payroll to provide accurate and timely payments to field employeesAssist with timely and accurate resolution of commissions questions/disputes from field employeesAssist in the development, maintenance, and updates to systems, processes, and analytics reporting.Education & ExperienceMust be highly proficient with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan, and SQL.Must be highly analytical2-3 years of relevant experience expectedBackground of cross functional interaction with internal organizations a plusExcellent communication skills, written and verbal and social skills requiredQuick learner with ability to achieve successful results with limited supervision often under tight deadlines.
