This role will work closely with cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to coordinate the implementation and expansion of enterprise SIEM platforms and related security initiatives.The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with technical understanding of SIEM technologies, enterprise logging, cloud observability, and security operations processes. This individual will play a key role in tracking project execution, coordinating engineering teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable security monitoring solutions across the enterprise.This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication, technical coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery tracking skills within a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCybersecurity Project DeliveryCoordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise cybersecurity initiatives with a focus on SIEM and security monitoring platformsWork closely with cybersecurity engineering teams to track implementation progress, milestones, and deliverablesManage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope across multiple technical workstreamsSupport execution of enterprise Splunk SIEM implementation and expansion initiativesSIEM & Security Platform CoordinationPartner with engineering teams to support deployment and scaling of Splunk Enterprise Security capabilitiesCoordinate onboarding of enterprise log sources including:Cloud platformsOperating systemsNetwork devicesSecurity toolsEnterprise applicationsSupport tracking of:Log ingestionParsingData normalizationDetection use case alignmentCollaborate with infrastructure, security operations, and cloud teams to ensure successful integration and deliveryStakeholder Management & ReportingDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestonesProvide regular status updates, executive reporting, and delivery dashboardsTrack risks, issues, and dependencies while facilitating resolution activitiesCoordinate with internal stakeholders, engineering leads, vendors, and external partnersSupport Cyber PMO reporting and governance processesTechnical Coordination & GovernanceFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between:Security EngineeringInfrastructureCloud EngineeringApplication TeamsSecurity OperationsSupport adherence to enterprise cybersecurity and project governance standardsAssist with process documentation and operational coordination activitiesHelp drive continuous improvement across delivery and implementation processesRequired Qualifications5+ years of project or program management experience within cybersecurity or enterprise technology environmentsStrong experience managing technical implementation projects involving multiple engineering teamsHands-on experience supporting or coordinating SIEM or security platform implementationsExperience with Splunk Enterprise Security or similar SIEM technologiesStrong understanding of:Security monitoringLog managementThreat detectionSecurity operations conceptsFamiliarity with cloud environments including:AWSAzureGCPOracle CloudStrong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environmentsExperience with:Project trackingRisk managementExecutive reportingDelivery coordinationTechnical SkillsMust HaveTechnical Project ManagementCybersecurity Project DeliverySplunk / SIEM PlatformsMicrosoft ProjectProject Reporting & TrackingCross-Functional CoordinationRisk & Dependency ManagementSecurity Monitoring ConceptsCloud Environment FamiliarityNice to HaveSplunk Enterprise SecurityEnterprise Logging & ObservabilityThreat Detection & Incident ResponseAI Triage Agents / AI-driven Security OperationsCloud Observability PlatformsProcess DocumentationCybersecurity PMO ExperiencePreferred ProfileThe ideal candidate is a proactive technical project manager with strong cybersecurity delivery experience and the ability to coordinate highly technical engineering initiatives across enterprise environments.
