Thank you!Location: Portland, OR (hybrid) Type: Contract-to-HireExperience:Accountable for helping with the coordination of tactical project tasks and activities within and across work streams to ensure objectives are proceeding according to plan.ERP Implementation Experience from beginning to endOur client is moving from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Fusion, so experience with either of those is preferred, but not mandatory.Experience working as a PM with an Enterprise company over 5,000 employeesPreside over administrative efforts to drive scope, schedule and budget per work stream and also maintain overall program health.Ability to manage large projects; understanding of the District business processes and approval hierarchy Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiatorAbility to resolve conflictAbility to delegateExcellent presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain team engagementPractice active listeningAbility to evaluate processes and workflowsApply a goal-setting mindsetAbility to motivate and enhance collaborationCollaborative leadership: ability to work with others across functions and teams to make decisionsEstablishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on timeMonitor and escalate risks to the Program Management Office and Senior Leadership that may jeopardize the fulfillment of project objectives or warrant a review of the project approach. Coordinates communication with all enterprise areas that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Present reports defining project progress to all stakeholders.
