This role is a key part of the organization, responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella insurance policies. Compensation PackageSalary Range$40,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience) IncentivesPerformance-based incentives BenefitsCompetitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Work EnvironmentFully onsite, fostering a supportive and team-oriented culture ResponsibilitiesProvide full-service account management for personal lines insurance clients, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies. Handle accounts with premiums up to $15,000, with an average account size of $3,000. Collaborate with carriers such as AIG, Arbella, CHUBB, CNA, Hagerty, and MAPFRE to ensure optimal coverage for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation. Contribute to the positive office culture and work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals. Qualifications/RequirementsLicensureProperty & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one. ExperienceOpen to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those new to the industry or transitioning from captive insurance roles.
