The role includes quarter‐end and month‐end close support, DevOps deployment oversight, cross‐team coordination, and leading offshore support teams while working closely with business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Onsite Support Team Lead and primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholdersAcknowledge, analyze, and resolve support tickets (incidents, service requests, and enhancements)Support quarter‐end and month‐end closing activities, including critical reporting timelines (Day 5, Day 11)Lead and coordinate offshore support team, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolutionManage and coordinate DevOps pipeline deployments across lower and production environmentsCreate and manage Change Requests (CRs) for application deployments and production changesPerform and oversee manual deployments, configuration changes, and post‐deployment validation activitiesCoordinate with upstream and downstream teams (ACBS, ODS, iDesk/iPortal, ASL, ICRA, SAT/CSR , EPMS VM, IRP/Capri and BI Team) during production issues and releases.Coordinate with DBA, Smart Ops, ETL, ODS, BI, and Infra teams during deployments, data refreshes, and production fixesEnsure deployment readiness, environment stability, and rollback planningSupport Business Analysts (BA) in BRD preparation, clarifications, and functional walkthroughsParticipate in enhancement design, testing, and rollout with minimal business disruptionPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes for recurring production issuesCreate and manage ADO user stories, track progress, and ensure timely deliverySupport business validations and user acceptance testing (UAT)Technical Skill SetApplication & Development.NET, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVCWeb APIAngularJavaScript, TypeScriptMVC architectureEffective use of AI‐assisted productivity tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot for faster issue analysis, troubleshooting, and development supportNice to have for an experience with TRS mobile certification renewal, including coordination, validation, and post‐renewal verificationDatabase & ReportingSQL ServerPL/SQLIIS (Internet Information Services)DevOps & ToolsDevOps pipelinesManual deploymentsAzureADO (user story creation and tracking)Pay and BenefitsPay Range Minimum: $105000 /AnnualPay Range Maximum: $162000 / AnnualHCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
