Channel Alliance Manager

About the Role Manage and grow strategic OEM partner relationships, serving as the primary liaison for all commercial, operational, and go-to-market activities. Own rebate programs, MDF administration, and joint business planning to drive mutual revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day relationships with OEM partners, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters Administer OEM rebate programs including tracking, reconciliation, and payout processing in coordination with finance Manage MDF allocations fund requests, approvals, proof-of-performance validation, and claims processing Coordinate with legal and finance on OEM agreements, pricing schedules, and contract compliance Develop joint business plans with OEM partners including revenue targets and co-marketing initiatives Track and report on partner KPIs including sell-through revenue, rebate attainment, and MDF utilization Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance to advocate for partner needs Qualifications 4 7 years in channel management, OEM partnerships, or strategic alliances Direct experience managing rebate programs and MDF processes Strong commercial acumen; able to manage partner contracts and pricing structures Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in CRM/partner management tools (Salesforce or similar) Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
