Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year. Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this facility or sister facilities in the past two years. Additional Confirmations 500 hours of experience at a Cardiothoracic surgical site or 500 hours of experience at a facility that performs more than 500 PCIs per year is required by Florida Statute.
