This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Union, NJ facility. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting research, performing product development, carrying out testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance conveyor system performance. The role will also involve addressing unique customer design requirements to deliver tailored solutions.QualificationsProficiency in Research, Research and Development (R&D), and TestingExperience in Analytical Skills and Product DevelopmentStrong problem-solving and innovative design capabilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-departmental collaborationProficiency in CAD software and other engineering toolsBachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldKnowledge of conveyor systems, materials handling, or manufacturing is preferredSalaryRange from $100,000 - $110,000In-office roleExperience5+ years experience as Senior Mechanical Engineer or R&D Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing settingHigher degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc, MSc) preferred but not requiredOutstanding oral and written communication skills in EnglishOur Websitehttps://www.flow-turn.com/
