System Alert Monitor/Office Manager
Location: Orlando, FL (On-site)Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)Role Allocation: 80% System Alert Monitor | 20% Office ManagerPosition SummaryJoin SafePointe's Alert Review Center (ARC) in a dual-capacity role that combines the critical mission of public safety with day-to-day operational support. We are looking for a focused and reliable individual to serve primarily as a System Alert Monitor (SAM), while also assisting with office management responsibilities to ensure a secure and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured setting and enjoys supporting both frontline and back-office functions.Essential Responsibilities/DutiesPrimary Responsibilities (80%) – System Alert Monitor: Analyze and triage real-time alerts from client locations using proprietary tools to assess potential weapon threats. Apply critical thinking to evaluate alert imagery and behavioral indicators to assess potential threats. Assign accurate threat levels per ARC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain situational awareness while monitoring multiple alert streams. Respond to alerts within the required time thresholds to ensure timely and effective client response. Collaborate with peers and supervisors to escalate complex or high-risk alerts for further review. Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards and remain impartial when reviewing sensitive content. Participate in training and performance reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy in alert classification. Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in a high-volume, high stakes monitoring environment. Secondary Responsibilities (20%) – Office Manager: Serve as the onsite liaison for a 24/7 office for facilities management and vendor coordination. Monitor office cleanliness, equipment, and supply levels; reorder as needed. Manage employee access and key card systems; maintain access logs. Oversee visitor management procedures and enforce security protocols. Serve as point-of-contact for all deliveries. Distribute mail and oversee incoming deliveries. Support setup and logistics for onboarding, meetings, and office events. Coordinate office communications and contribute to fostering a positive work culture. Prepare workstations for new hires, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place. Assist with seating assignments, signage, and other logistics as employees return to the office. Coordinate delivery and setup of refreshments and snacks for staff. Plan inclusive office events, scheduling and help with set up for company events including monthly All Hands, New Hire Onboarding and other events Minimum Qualifications Must be 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. Background check clearance is required. Experience with computers, web applications, and fast learning of proprietary systems. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, verbal/written communication, and task management. Ability to stay focused in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Prior experience in customer service or call center environment, security operations or surveillance monitoring, law enforcement, military, or emergency dispatch, or operations support preferred. Office management or administrative experience is strongly desired. Strong organizational and planning skills with a bias towards efficiency Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsive to requests and written communications Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Cost conscious with a focus on quality + managing costs A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time, on-site position in a secure and structured 24/7 ARC setting. Candidates must be able to remain alert at a computer workstation and transition occasionally to office-related administrative duties.SoundThinking follows a hybrid schedule for employees who live equal to or less than 50 miles from one of our office locations, which include Fremont, CA, Tucson, AZ, Washington, D.C., or Iselin, NJ.
