If our mission and culture resonate with you, we would love to have you on our team!Position SummaryThe Enrollment Advisor is a vital member of the Admissions Department and the first point of contact for prospective families at the Williamsburg Family of Schools. Successful Enrollment Advisors use a unique set of sales, communication, writing, and organizational skills to help families determine if our program is the right fit and start the school year on a high note.Conduct enrollment consultations with prospective families, explain the benefits of our program, answer questions, and guide families through enrollment optionsAssist families with course selection, provide onboarding resources, and address pre‐semester questions to ensure a strong startMaintain accurate records of family interactions in HubSpot, including follow‐ups, task management, and performance trackingStay informed on Williamsburg curriculum, policies, and updates to provide accurate and insightful guidanceDocument new information and procedures in the team knowledge base to support team alignmentCollaborate with colleagues, share family feedback, and recommend process improvements to enhance the enrollment experienceStay flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities while contributing to enrollment goalsPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
