Head of Product Strategy, Marketing & Management (Health Plans & Provider Groups) Job Title: Head of Product Strategy, Marketing & Management (Health Plans & Provider Groups) Reports To: CEO Location: Remote / U.S. Role Overview We are seeking a strategic, hands‐on leader to define what we build, how we position it, and how we take it to market. This person will own the end‐to‐end product lifecycle for the confidential company's payer solutions, from insight and roadmap definition to packaging, messaging, and go‐to‐market execution. The ideal candidate will blend Product Management discipline, Product Marketing expertise, and strategic insight into the payer ecosystem to create cohesive solutions that resonate with Health Plans and drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership and cross‐functional teams to define the multi‐year product strategy for the confidential company's payer offerings. Translate market needs, regulatory shifts, and client feedback into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities. Establish a prioritization framework that balances growth, innovation, and operational scalability. Lead business case development for new initiatives, ensuring ROI alignment with the company's overall growth strategy. Product Management Serve as the bridge between client needs, solutions, and technology, ensuring we build what the market values most. Develop product definitions, user stories, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering and solutions teams. Partner with delivery and operations to ensure the products achieve intended outcomes (e.g., margin expansion, automation, client satisfaction). Own the internal and external product documentation process, ensuring clarity across sales, delivery, and product teams. Define and maintain the unified value proposition for the company. Develop product narratives, key differentiators, and client‐specific messaging for health plan executives. Translate product and roadmap updates into impactful sales materials, case studies, and launch playbooks. Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive adoption and revenue growth through effective product storytelling. Packaging & Go‐to‐Market Execution Design solution packaging and pricing structures that reflect value and create clear differentiation. Lead commercial readiness and enablement efforts for new products or enhancements. Collaborate with the Growth and Solutions teams on market entry, client targeting, and sales enablement. Continuously track market trends, payer priorities, and competitor activity to inform roadmap evolution. Establish formal mechanisms for gathering client and field feedback to influence product and strategy decisions. Advise leadership on whitespace opportunities and emerging payer trends. Act as the voice of the market and the product within the organization. Bring structure and clarity to how the company defines, builds, and communicates its solutions. Mentor and develop product and marketing talent as the function scales. Qualifications 10+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Strategy roles within healthcare technology or services. Deep understanding of health plan operations, Risk Adjustment, Quality, Stars, and Value‐Based Care. Proven ability to translate complex market and technical concepts into actionable strategies and market‐ready offerings. Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with Sales and Product teams. Skilled communicator who can build alignment across executive, technical, and operational stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
