Mid-Level Resource ManagerWe are looking for a Mid‑Level Resource Manager to join a growing Talent & Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Creative Resource Manager. This is a supporting operational role at the intersection of creative and production — ensuring the right talent is on the right work at the right time across US teams.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a fast‑moving creative studio environment. You should be comfortable working with data, managing schedules, coordinating across teams, and taking on increasing ownership as you develop.RESPONSIBILITIESCreative Resource Support & Scheduling• Assist the Senior Resource Manager with day‑to‑day creative staff scheduling across US teams• Maintain and update resource management platforms (Float) to ensure accuracy of availability and project assignments• Support tracking and onboarding of creative freelance talent in coordination with Talent & Operations• Help maintain the creative team skills matrix and flag updates or gaps• Process and track creative team time‑off requests• Assist with compiling freelance roster updates across disciplinesFinancial & Data Support• Help monitor billable vs. non‑billable utilization data and prepare reporting for the Senior Resource Manager• Support tracking of freelance spend against quarterly budgets and flag potential overages• Maintain accurate records across resource management and operations toolsCross‑Functional Coordination• Coordinate with Account Management and Production teams to communicate staffing updates and changes• Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for scheduling inquiries from the creative team• Escalate resourcing conflicts or risks to the Senior Resource Manager proactivelyQUALIFICATIONS• 2–4 years of experience in resource management, creative services, project coordination, or production within an agency or studio environment• Familiarity with creative workflows across design, motion, or content disciplines• Experience with resource management or project management tools; Float experience a plus• Strong organizational skills and a high standard for data accuracy• Collaborative, proactive, and clear in communication• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with creative and operational teams• Proficient in GSuite and quick to learn new tools• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume studio environment
