Right Price.Position: Document Control Specialist / Records Management Analyst IVPay Rate: $30-$36/hour on W2Location: Superior, WI / Duluth, MN (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)Key Responsibilities:Provide drawing control support using the drawing management system (Meridian)Resolve broken hybrid drawings and x-reference issues in CAD filesUpdate outdated PDF renditions and clean up legacy drawing discrepanciesSupport as-built consolidation, publishing, and project turnoverManage drawing requests via BIM JIRA and Service request toolsCoordinate SME reviews and ensure compliance with drawing standardsDeliver training to internal teams and external vendors on the drawing management systemSupport development of work processes, procedures, and training materialsRequirements:University degree or technical diploma in relevant field2–4 years of experience in Document Control / Records Management (Engineering or Construction preferred)Education/training in business analysis, records management, data analysis, or project managementBasic knowledge of EDMS Link, BIM-JIRA, MS Access, and ExcelStrong communication, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
