Founded by a husband-and-wife clinical team, we’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist who wants to break free from the burnout of high-volume clinics and the isolation often felt in traditional home care. Our practice prioritizes quality over quantity, giving you the autonomy to structure your day while being fully supported by an engaged and compassionate leadership team. Responsibilities: Treat geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes within Ulster County. Create and execute personalized care plans that debunk the myth that home care is "low skill." Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner. Communicate openly with the leadership team—we want to hear your ideas and feedback. Qualifications: License: Valid NY State Physical Therapy License (required). Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Experience: New grads welcome! We invest in training the right people. Transport: Reliable ability to travel to patient homes in Ulster County.
