Position : Bus Mtrcs/AnalystLocation : Vernon Hills, ILDuration : 12 MonthsTotal Hours/week : 40.001st ShiftClient : Medical Devices CompanyJob Category : Business ProfessionalLevel of Experience : Mid LevelEmployment Type : Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT)Job Description:They must be competent with computer systems and modern software, including Microsoft Office.They must have good communication skills and be able to adequately manage frequent phone calls, IM's, emails and in-person meetings.They must be proficient in math, ideally able to perform margin analyses and review deal financials.Quoting & Pricing SpecialistThis position supports the quote creation and pricing process for the MMS Infusion business of client.Support the regional MMS sales contracts lifecycle including provision of lead information (from internal data), quote generation, and approvalCollaborate closely with the sales team to create a profitable sales contract and ensure proper documentation is presented and executedSupport and participate on process improvement projects (templates, standard terms, system updates, etc.) to drive operational efficiencies and standardization throughout the organizationBe accountable for goals and KPIs (e.g., quote cycle time)QualificationsBA/BS degree or 5+ years' experience in the applicable areaAbility to remotely partner with colleagues, Sales leaders and General Management to create contract offerings / quotationsDemonstrated customer centricity attitude in a high volume environmentStrong communication skillsSelf-starter, minimal supervision in performing assigned tasksPreferredMinimum of 1 year of experience in a position with matrix accountability preferredExperience working in Salesforce, CPQ, and SAPGeneral understanding of, HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley, revenue recognition guidance, Internal Audit, regulatory controls, and business strategy
