Required Skills1 Strong understanding of the end-to-end cards and payments lifecycle from merchant initiation through clearing settlement and posting2 Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities3 Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills4 Effective stakeholder management skills5 Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies6 Experience in use case analysis feature creation backlog refinement and sprint planning7 Knowledge of payment messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and ISO 85838 Experience in the card issuing and payments domain9 Ability to guide teams through complex functional and integration requirementsGood to have skills1 Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis validation and troubleshooting2 Understanding of APIs and Microservices architecture including REST concepts and integrations3 Familiarity with API documentation tools eg Swagger OpenAPI4 Basic knowledge of data flows and system integrations in distributed systems.
