Responsibilities:
- Establish direction and provide guidance to team members while delivering commitments
- Collaborate with other teams and external partners to achieve objectives
- Demonstrate mastery of Scrum-based software development practices
- Develop product features for data marketplaces, mobile apps, web apps, and API services
- Provide technology leadership and promote team learning throughout development lifecycle
- Adopt and migrate to public cloud within the team as appropriate
- Design and implement automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying software
- Leverage test automation and peer reviews to improve quality
- Coach the team to ensure full participation and high-quality reviews
- Maintain a production-first mindset focusing on scale, uptime, and rapid triage
- Invest in Agile practice to improve quality, time to market, and team happiness
- Key requirements4–6 years software development experience
- Proficiency in multiple high-level programming languages and language agility
- Expertise in data architecture, queries, and indexing for scalable systems
- Ability to implement features across mobile, web, and API services
- Experience designing, building, and optimizing automated pipelines with testing and security controls
- Experience in Agile Scrum environments with demonstrated improvements
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and migration practices
- Familiarity with low-code environments, ESB, pipeline tooling, and code scanning
- Proficiency with source control and diverse tech stack listed in toolsleadership by examplecollaboration across teamseffective communication
