Key Responsibilities Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment. Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Manage the departmental budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize equipment uptime and performance. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field. 7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in CMMS software utilization and administration. Proven ability to develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs. Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their application to maintenance operations. Certifications in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CRL) are highly desirable.
