Program Manager
Responsibilities
Manage project scope, schedule, and cost, as well as task order resources.
Provide consulting-level services for large-scale cloud implementations using Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Analyze complex problems affecting projects and propose innovative solutions, including analysis of schedules, costs, and technology/tools.
Oversee projects and contract engagements related to Business Process Automation Services.
Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and support solution architecture development/management within the health IT industry.
Collaborate with dispersed project teams and end users across multiple locations.
Qualifications
Requirements
Hands-on experience with medium to large projects in a steady-state enterprise environment.
Prior experience managing projects for federal government clients.
Extensive knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Agile methodology and principles.
Experience in UI/UX, Agile, Data, and Cloud services within a government agency context.
Proficiency in IT governance frameworks and business process design and reengineering.
Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with enterprise tools like Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong skills in analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
Certification: PMP Certified.

Pay: $125,482.00 - $140,318.00 per year
