Dance Instructor

Location: Dallas, TX Timeline: January - June Must be available on weekday afternoons Responsibilities: Ability to teach a variety of styles to dance to ages 3-10 Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students. Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Provide a fun and creative environment. Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the dance routines and curriculum as needed. Qualifications: Previous teaching experience required. Excellent communication skills. Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. Demonstrate patience and leadership skills. Valid Driver's License & car to drive to/from classes Compensation & Benefits: Part time schedule High hourly compensation Potential quarterly bonus Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 2 – 5 per week Benefits: Referral program Work Location: In person
