Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule appointments across various specialties in a call center environment
Triage patient calls, addressing inquiries and referring patients to the appropriate clinical teams
Maintain current knowledge of services and protocols while collecting and managing patient data accuratelyRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Two years of experience in a Medical Office, Call Center, or customer service environment
Experience with computers and technology, including Windows and Excel
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a busy environment
No specific licensure or certifications required
