You will play a key role in driving traffic, converting leads, maximizing renewals, and supporting resident retention initiatives.This role requires a motivated professional with strong sales ability, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead leasing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goalsTour prospective residents and professionally close leasesFollow up with prospects through phone, email, and CRM systems to convert leads into residentsProcess applications, screenings, lease agreements, renewals, and resident files accuratelyManage lease renewals and resident retention effortsDeliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residentsMaintain model apartments, amenities, curb appeal, and tour paths to company standardsAssist with outreach marketing, resident events, and social media engagementMonitor leasing traffic, conversion metrics, and reporting in property management softwareRespond to resident and prospect inquiries in a timely, professional mannerEnsure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and operational proceduresCollaborate with onsite team members to support overall community successQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious apartment leasing experience requiredStrong sales, leasing, and closing skillsExcellent customer service and relationship-building abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughSaturday availability requiredPreferredPrevious multifamily or property management experienceExperience with Entrata or similar property management softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience with social media marketing, online lead generation, or resident engagement platformsPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk apartment communities and tour grounds regularlyAbility to climb stairs as neededAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyApply Today!Ready to take the next step in your multifamily career?
