Investment Banking Associate - Industrials M&ALocation: Houston, TXWe are working with a highly regarded investment banking platform to identify an Investment Banking Associate to join their Industrials team in Houston.This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading Industrial M&A teams in the U.S., with exposure to strong deal flow, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to make a real impact on a lean, execution‑focused team.Responsibilities:Support end‑to‑end execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactionsBuild and review financial models, valuations, and transaction analysesPrepare pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and buyer outreach materialsCoordinate due diligence processes and interact closely with senior bankers, clients, and external advisorsPlay an active role across multiple live transactions in a fast‑paced environmentQualifications:Prior investment banking experience with significant M&A deal exposureBackground in Industrials and/or Industrial Services is preferredStrong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamBased in Houston or willing to relocateThis role offers strong visibility, hands‑on deal experience, and the chance to grow alongside a well‑established Industrials platform with consistent transaction volume.
