Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, designing data solutions, and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis and visualization tools. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive solutions that align with organizational goals. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies following SDLC best practices. Develop and manage ETL processes using Talend, Bash (Unix shell), and other scripting languages to ensure data integrity and availability. Perform complex data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, VBA, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Looker to support business initiatives. Assist in database design and management to optimize data storage and retrieval for analytics purposes. Support project management activities within Agile frameworks to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions. Document processes using Visio and other tools for clarity and future reference. Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and techniques to continuously improve data analysis capabilities. Skills Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Looker for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. Experience with SDLC processes for software development lifecycle management. Advanced data analysis skills using R, Python, SQL, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Talend, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server. Knowledge of database design principles for efficient data storage solutions. Familiarity with Linked Data concepts for integrating diverse datasets. Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Ability to perform comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights. Experience with analytics tools such as Visio for process documentation.
