Akkodis is seeking a Full-stack Python developer for a contract role with a client in Dearborn, MI. "The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience as a Python developer with Data EngineeringRate Range: $65/hour to $67/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Full-stack Python developer Job responsibilities include:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, microservices, and cloud-native solutions on GCP for real-time and batch processing.Build service-oriented and microservices architectures to deliver flexible, reliable, and maintainable data platform capabilities.Integrate front-end and back-end components to enable seamless data access, visualization, and user-driven analytics experiences.Develop and optimize data ingestion frameworks using GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.Implement data governance, security controls, automation, and performance optimization to ensure scalable and compliant data operations.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to establish best practices, enhance platform reliability, and drive cloud data engineering excellence..Desired Qualifications:5–8 years of experience in full-stack and platform engineering with strong expertise in Python and cloud-native application development.Design and develop scalable observability platforms, microservices, REST APIs, and self-service engineering tools.Build and maintain cloud-based solutions using GCP/AWS/Azure, leveraging services such as BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub.Develop responsive front-end applications using React, Angular, or Vue while delivering robust backend services.Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), automated testing, and DevOps best practices.Drive platform reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence through observability tools such as Dynatrace and Datadog.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
