We are seeking a skilled and motivated accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team at Hudson Hawk Barber & Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-service accounting and be proficient in Excel, with a preference for candidates who have experience using NetSuite. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company.Key Responsibilities:Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation: Ensure all bank and credit card accounts are accurately reconciled monthly.Invoice Management: Record and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial reporting.Employee Onboarding: Manage the financial aspects of onboarding new employees, including setting up payroll and benefits.Payroll Reporting: Run payroll reports and provide necessary data to Paycor for payroll processing.Inventory and Supplies: Order and manage inventory and supplies to ensure all locations are well-stocked and operational needs are met.Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost control.Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Expense Tracking: Monitor and track business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.Qualifications:Education: Associate's degree in Accounting required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.Experience: 2-5 years of full-service accounting experience.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
