Job OverviewNature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC technician that is skilled in cleaning, adjusting, maintaining, and repairing systems.Responsibilities For HVACOperate, maintain, and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation, humidifiers, and air condition units throughout the entire facility.You will also be responsible for maintaining inventories, supply requests, and work orders.Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.Qualifications For HVAC2-5 years of experience preferredEPA Certification requiredUnderstanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsComfortable making decisions independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office as well as demonstrates good computer skillsAbility to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.RequirementsMust be 21 years of age to applyMust be able to pass a federal background checkWe are proud to offer a competitive benefit package including: medical, dental, vision, 401K, long/short term disability insurance, and great potential for career growth.Nature's Grace And Wellness Is An Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to a diverse workforce.
