We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.This is a permanent, full-time remote position that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and financial acumen to influence strategic decisions in our organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Profit and Loss Statements, logistics, Supply Chain, ERP, Dynamics Great Plains, and Accruals.If you are looking for a challenging role that requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle complex financial data, this could be the perfect fit for you! Responsibilities: As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts Performing variance analysis to understand trends in business performance Preparing and posting journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts Managing and improving financial processes, including intercompany transactions and accruals Conducting ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision making Utilizing ERP systems, specifically Dynamics Great Plains, to maintain financial records and generate reports Collaborating with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize fleet operations and reduce costs Using advanced Excel and Hyperion to analyze and present financial data Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Senior FP&A Analyst role will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment Strong knowledge of Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Income Statements Experience with ERP systems, specifically Dynamics Great Plains Proficiency in using advanced Excel functions for financial analysis Experience with Hyperion or similar financial reporting tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data Excellent attention to detail and the ability to reconcile complex financials Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, specifically fleet management.Interested in hearing more?
