About the Opportunity:
The DATABRICKS DEVELOPER role is responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes within cloud environments to support analytics, fraud detection, compliance reporting, and operational workloads. This position plays a key role in ensuring data systems are efficient, reliable, and compliant with governance standards, thereby contributing directly to the success of government technology initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and build data pipelines, ETL processes, and ingestion frameworks.
Develop and optimize transformation logic and data flows for performance and quality in cloud environments.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and DevOps engineers to support analytics and operational needs.
Troubleshoot pipeline and ingestion issues; implement monitoring and alerting.
Ensure all data engineering solutions meet governance, documentation, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
US Citizenship with Public Trust eligibility.
Hands-on experience with Databricks.
Strong background developing mid to senior level pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based data systems.
Ability to deliver high-quality, reliable, and performant data transformations and flows.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with both Palantir and Databricks.
Background supporting regulated workloads such as fraud, compliance, or operations.
Familiarity with governance-heavy data environments including documentation and audit standards.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
