Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduling Coordinator with Beacon Behavioral Partners, you will be the engine of our centralized scheduling department. Based on-site in one of our DFW locations, you will schedule new and follow-up patients, partner with clinic leadership to keep provider schedules full, track referrals in our CRM, and support front office check-in processes.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or medical front officeStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related fieldEMR (InSync preferred) and CRM (Zoho preferred) experienceBehavioral health or psychiatric practice experienceResponsibilitiesSchedule new patient and follow-up appointments across assigned clinicsPartner with Program Directors to maintain fill rates and surface capacity gapsRun scheduling and utilization reports; act on open slots, no-shows, and recall opportunitiesManage the referral pipeline in Zoho, log referrals, track conversion, follow up on stalled leadsCollect copays, deposits, and balances at scheduling and check-inSupport Grant Group front office with check-in, insurance verification, and intakeCommunicate with patients, referring providers, and clinic staff while maintaining HIPAA complianceResolve scheduling conflicts and escalate provider availability issues with proposed solutionsMaintain accurate records of scheduling, referral, and payment activitySkillsYou will use strong organizational skills to keep schedules full and access seamless. You will communicate effectively with patients, providers, and referral sources to move the pipeline. Your comfort with data — running reports and acting on what you see — will help clinics hit volume and access targets. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize across centralized and on-site work will be essential as our scheduling model scales.
