Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily front office operations, including managing administrative functions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and leading a team to maintain smooth and efficient workflows. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, coordinating with other departments to improve service delivery, and maintaining accurate records and reports to support operational goals. Additionally, the role involves training and supervising front office staff and implementing organizational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. Qualifications Expertise in Front Office operations and Office AdministrationStrong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills to liaise with guests, team members, and other departmentsProven ability to train and supervise staff effectivelyProblem-solving and organizational skills to ensure efficient front office operationsWorking knowledge of hospitality software and systems is a plusPunctuality, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
