INSPD has a dedicated team of human resources professionals working in many capacities, including director-level, generalists and specialists in each discipline of human resources. Joining our team will open the door to many opportunities for lateral and upward mobility. The salary for this position starts at $29,588.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience. A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows: Prepare personnel files for digitization by removing staples, inserting separator sheets, organizing documents, and completing scanning for electronic archiving Retrieve and process terminated employee files in alignment with the INSPD Personnel Archive Process Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive personnel information Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. What You'll Need for Success: The ideal candidate in this role should minimally have either: a high school diploma or HSE, or at least 1-2+ years of experience applying the below, outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role. Related certifications and coursework may be considered for education or experience. Knowledge of clerical procedures used in performing such tasks as arranging and maintaining a file system; Ability to prioritize work; Must be detail-oriented; Ability to work independently and stay focused on the task at hand; Practical knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to section functions; Ability to operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment; Ability to use logic and critical thinking to address issues efficiently and effectively; Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
