Summer Bartender and Server position

Rockford Rivets Baseball The Rockford Rivets are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our game-day staff as Seasonal Bartenders for the 2026 season (May through August). Position Summary: Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced, outdoor stadium environment. This position plays an important role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our fans. Position Details: Seasonal Employment: May through August Location: Rockford Rivets Stadium Experience: Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Requirements: Must obtain BASSET Certification (applicants will be directed on how to obtain this if not already certified). Must be a team-oriented individual with a positive and professional attitude. Must be willing and able to work in warm conditions, as the facility does not have air conditioning. Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with both staff and patrons. Must contribute to a positive work environment and support team morale.
