Product Manager II, Hardware
Partner with customers and internal teams to understand market needs and prioritize solutions.Work closely with Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.Translate customer insights and technical requirements into product specifications for engineering.Collaborate with engineering and program management on product scope, functionality, and time-to-market.Analyze product performance data and market research to inform product decisions.Define and track key performance metrics for the product, driving continuous improvement.Contribute to product quality and reliability enhancements.2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in hardware and integrated hardware/software devices.Proven track record of delivering successful products.Experience with product requirements, design, user research, and validation testing.Familiarity with quality and reliability processes for hardware products.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex interactions.Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
