The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing Sanofi's US Immunology and Neurology franchises and driving sustainable competitive advantage through world-class health economics and value assessment capabilities.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related fieldAdvanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in health economics, epidemiology, public health, economics, or related field requiredDemonstrated expertise in health economic modeling, real-world evidence generation, and outcomes research methodologiesDeep expertise in U.S. healthcare, payer dynamics, and policy, with a track record of translating evidence into strategic impactProven track record of successful market access and reimbursement support through HEVA evidence and ability to influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization using HEVA-developed insights and evidenceStrong command of US evidence dissemination (HCEI/PIE, reactive/proactive, CFL, AMCP dossiers)Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsStrong change management capabilities and experience leading organizational transformation initiativesProven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and functionsExtensive experience in Immunology or Neurology therapeutic areas required, including deep understanding of disease pathophysiology, treatment paradigms, and market dynamicsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendationsWhy Choose Us?
