Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within assigned territories.
Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
Develop strategic territory plans to maximize coverage and sales potential while maintaining accurate records using CRM software such as Salesforce.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
Track sales activities, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports to inform management decisions.
Experience
Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong background in business development, account management, and direct sales strategies across various industries including technology or retail sectors.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships.
Ability to conduct product demos, upsell solutions, and perform analysis to identify new opportunities.
Experience in cold calling, inside sales support, and managing territory sales efforts effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and management teams.
