As a Solution Consultant, you play a critical role in helping firms get up and running, use the platform effectively, and maximize their value from day one.You bring a strong understanding of tax workflows, multi-entity operations, and the real-world constraints firms face. You thrive in moments of hands-on client interaction—whether leading demos during the sales process, guiding firms through onboarding milestones, or stepping into high-risk situations with clarity and empathy. You're not responsible for long-term relationship management—but you make sure each relationship starts off strong.Your mission is to deliver compelling, workflow-aligned demos that drive confidence in the sales process, then guide new clients through onboarding with clear, contextual training.
