If you enjoy solving problems, juggling priorities, and being the go-to person who helps keep the business on track, we’d love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesManage calendars and schedules for executives, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.Provide support for special projects, conduct research, and perform general administrative tasks as needed.Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Requirements5 + years experience as an Administrative assistant or similar role, managing Calendars and schedules for executives preferably in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationA proactive self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
