Sales Manager, Expansion
Our client, a well-established HealthTech company, is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on driving expansion, retention, and customer value across an established client base.Location: Hybrid – NYC (3 days onsite / 2 remote)Compensation: $135K–$150K base + double OTEResponsibilitiesLead and develop an Account Management team to drive expansion and retention.Own cross-sell and upsell execution, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue targets.Refine scalable expansion processes to support consistent growth and operational excellence.Partner cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize platform value.Qualifications5+ years leading Account Management teams driving expansion through add-on solutions in fast-paced sales environments.Strong sales fundamentals with experience upselling to first-time technology buyers; healthcare or homecare experience a plus.Customer-centric and forward-thinking, with empathy for client challenges and openness to using AI to boost productivity.Interested?
