For someone who is driven, commercially minded, and looking to grow within a fast-moving organization, this is an opportunity to have a direct impact on revenue while building a long-term career.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and trade showsBuild and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline by consistently generating and qualifying leadsAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to uncover new growth opportunities across industries and regionsDevelop strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand into new verticals or applicationsManage and grow existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up and value-driven communicationDrive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunitiesAct as a trusted advisor to customers, providing product recommendations and resolving issues as neededCollaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives, customer needs, and market expansion effortsParticipate in cross-training to understand customer service workflows and support order processing when neededAssist customer service during high-demand periods to ensure a high level of responsiveness and accuracyTravel periodically to visit clients, attend industry events, and support relationship developmentTravel internationally a few times per quarter (including Asia) to visit manufacturing partners and facilitiesQualifications3+ years of sales experience, ideally within industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, or a related fieldExperience selling into oil & gas, construction, or working with distributors/wholesalers is strongly preferredProven ability to generate new business and build a pipeline through outbound effortsStrong commercial instincts with the ability to identify opportunities and think strategicallyComfortable working in an in-office environment with a hands-on, team-oriented approachExcellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environmentWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as neededCompensationBase salary: $80,000 $100,000+ depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus tied to KPIs and overall team sales performanceTeam-based commission structure with strong earning potentialOpportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization
