Job Title: Recruiter, Contract (Temp-Perm)Duration: Temp-to-PermLocation: South Bronx, NY (onsite)Pay Range: $45–$60 per hour (based on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to take ownership of the hiring process from intake through offer. This role is ideal for a proactive, sourcing-driven recruiter who can partner closely with hiring managers, bring structure to recruiting efforts, and improve the overall quality of hires. You will operate as a standalone recruiter, working directly with leadership and building effective hiring practices in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management (project manager, engineering, sales (entry-level), back-office, manufacturing and operations roles)Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirementsDevelop and execute sourcing strategies with a strong focus on LinkedIn and direct outreachIdentify and evaluate candidates based on both experience and transferable skillsDrive the interview process and ensure a strong candidate experienceLead offer negotiations and successfully close candidatesPartner with HR to facilitate onboarding and ensure smooth transitionsBuild structure and consistency across recruiting processesAdvise and push back on hiring managers when needed to ensure alignment and realistic expectationsSpend time onsite to understand roles, operations, and team dynamicsQualificationsProven full-cycle recruiting experienceStrong sourcing and headhunting skills, especially via LinkedInAbility to assess candidate profiles and identify transferable skillsExperience recruiting across corporate, operational, or manufacturing roles is a plusStrong negotiation and closing skills with hiring managersAbility to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
