Spring MVC & Spring Boot, Micro Services REST & SOAP Web Services Core Development Skills: Java/J2EE – strong expertise in backend development. Microservices Struts Framework – understanding and experience maintaining legacy systems. Spring MVC & Spring Boot – for building scalable microservices and APIs. REST & SOAP Web Services – API creation and consumption. JSON/XML data handling. Front End: JavaServer Page for VoiceXML (JSV) and Java server page. IVR/Telephony: Understanding of IVR call flows, SIP Experience with IVR platforms such as Genesys and cloud telephony (e.g., Twilio, Google Dialogflow).
