The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating project information, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting land and right-of-way activities.Project Coordination & SupportSupport Project Managers with project setup, proposals, work orders, budgets, staffing, and schedulesAssist with project onboarding, team coordination, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and communication plansTrack project status, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and overall project performanceMonitor project information and identify potential issues such as scope changes, missed deliverables, or variancesCoordinate with Land Documents, GIS, Payment Program, and other internal teamsSupport project teams with landowner research, including ownership research, phone/address lookups, and parcel identificationData, Reporting & DocumentationCollect, organize, analyze, and summarize project information and trendsAssist with project reporting and provide timely updates to Project ManagersMaintain accurate and organized project files, contracts, budgets, accruals, and project documentationMaintain project information in systems such as Vision, FlairDocs, shared drives, and other web-based document management platformsEnsure project documentation meets Atwell and client requirementsSupport quality control and consistency of project records and deliverablesDistribute vendor invoices for Project Manager review and support timely monthly invoicingClient & Team CommunicationParticipate in recurring client and internal project meetingsPrepare meeting agendas, status updates, and project materials for Project Manager reviewCapture meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up activitiesCommunicate project information clearly and accurately to Project Managers, Leadership, field teams, and clientsAssist Project Managers in developing and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupport marketing and business development activities, including Statements of Qualifications and client researchLand & Right-of-Way SupportApply fundamental land and right-of-way concepts to project activitiesSupport landownership and property researchReview project information, land records, and documentation for accuracyAssist with coordination of land acquisition and right-of-way activitiesWork with field agents and Project Managers to monitor project progress and deliverablesSupport projects within the power, energy, utility, and infrastructure marketsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in real estate, land planning, surveying, right-of-way, or a related fieldExperience working with right-of-way and real estate documentsExperience supporting power, energy, utility, or land development projectsExperience with land acquisition reports and project documentationStrong organizational and communication skillsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work effectively with Project Managers, field teams, clients, and internal departmentsAbility to apply fundamental land and right-of-way conceptsPreferred BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental, Land Planning, Land Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field preferredExperience with land acquisition, right-of-way, or energy infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with Vision, FlairDocs, GIS, Google Earth, Microsoft Office, or other project/document management systemsWhat You’ll DoSupport Project Managers and Land Solutions LeadershipHelp keep projects organized, on schedule, and within established parametersCoordinate information between field and office teamsMaintain accurate project and land documentationHelp ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on timeContribute to a collaborative, client-focused Land Solutions teamWorking ConditionsRemote positionMust be able to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computerFrequent communication with internal teams, Project Managers, clients, and field personnelMay occasionally require movement to access office equipment or materialsCultural FitIndependent yet CollaborativeDependablePersistentCreative Problem SolverNatural CommunicatorFlexibleResults OrientedClient FocusedEnthusiasticFair Labor Standards ActNonexempt | Overtime pay is requiredDisclaimerThe information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties, responsibilities, skills, or abilities required for the position.While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
