Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling sandwiches - Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils - Maintain inventory of food and supplies, restocking as needed - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Assist with setting up banquet or catering events as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
