Competitive base salary Firm-paid medical and dental Collaborative and supportive environment Flexible work schedules with remote option Professional development opportunities Job Details Responsibilities Draft substantive pleadings, motions, and briefs Conduct rigorous legal research and develop strategic legal positions Manage litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and coordinating document production Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, witness preparation, and litigation planning Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment Colorado licensure (state and federal courts), or ability to quickly become licensed, required J.D. from an accredited law school Experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations is preferred Trial experiencecivil and/or criminalis a significant plus Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills Interested in hearing more?
