Construction Project Manager

This established, Passaic County-based construction and development firm have been overseeing multi-family residential, commercial and senior living projects as the GC and/or developer for 40 years. They are currently looking for a PM to lead a $15M, 3-story, 40,000sf ground-up commercial project in Paterson, NJ. In order to be considered for this role, experience overseeing at least one ground-up project as the PM is required. A technical degree is strong preferred (ideally civil engineering) and strong interpersonal, software and time management skills are, of course, a must. Further experience in multi-family construction would also be appreciated because the future pipeline is focused on these types of projects.
