Remote Attorney

Multi-state consumer collections law firm seeks an Attorney to work remotely in support of our Charleston, SC office. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State of South Carolina. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures. General comfort with technology and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Candidate must be able to work independently and to professionally interact with staff, opposing counsel and the courts. Responsibilities include negotiating resolution of pending litigation, motion practice, review and drafting of pleadings/discovery, court appearances, document execution, calendar management and other duties related to a high volume practice. Collection experience is preferred. Salary dependent upon qualifications.
