The ideal candidate will partner closely withbusiness stakeholders, data governance teams, and engineering teams to ensuretrusted, high-quality data and deliver impactful analytical insights throughhigh quality dashboards and reports. We are open to consider if you have Collibra experience.**KeyResponsibilities:**BusinessRequirements & Analysis-Engage with U.S. stakeholders onsite to gather, analyze, and documentrequirements for data, analytics, and reporting initiatives.-Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, andacceptance criteria.-Conduct impact assessments and identify process gaps, dependencies, and risks.InformaticaData Quality (IDQ)-Define and maintain data quality rules, profiling checks, validation logic, andexception processes.-Analyze data quality issues, monitor DQ scorecards, and support remediationefforts.-Perform data profiling to discover anomalies, patterns, and improvementopportunities.InformaticaData Catalog (EDC)-Maintain and organize metadata, business glossary terms, lineage, and datasetdocumentation.-Enable findability, traceability, and trust by ensuring datasets arewell-cataloged and governed.-Partner with data owners and stewards to maintain catalog accuracy andconsistency.SQL &Data Validation-Write and optimize SQL queries for data exploration, validation,reconciliation, and issue analysis.-Validate transformations, metrics, and ETL outputs against business rules.-Support user acceptance testing by defining data validation scenarios.Power BIReporting-Build high-quality Power BI dashboards that reflect business KPIs, are visuallyintuitive, and performance optimized.-Collaborate with engineers on semantic models, DAX calculations, and datasetdesign.-Ensure security, data refresh reliability, and dashboard usability.StakeholderCollaboration-Act as an onsite liaison between business groups, IT, data engineering,governance, and QA.-Facilitate workshops, requirements walkthroughs, and data reviews.-Present insights, findings, and recommendations to leadership.RequiredSkills & Experience-5+ years as a Business Analyst in data/analytics roles.-Hands-on experience with:+ InformaticaIDQ (rules, profiling, scorecards)+ InformaticaEDC (cataloging, lineage, metadata)+ SQL(medium to advanced proficiency)+ PowerBI (visuals, DAX, modeling)-Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, lineage, andmetadata management.-Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mapping documents, and UATplans.-Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, especially with U.S.-basedstakeholders.PreferredQualifications-Exposure to Azure Data Services, Purview, Fabric, Databricks, ADF.-Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.-Experience in enterprise metadata/governance frameworks.Education-Bachelor-s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, ComputerScience, or related field.CandidateAttributes-Strong analytical thinker with attention to detail.-Confident communicator who can translate data concepts for business users.-Proactive, organized, and capable of managing work independently onsite.-Passion for data quality, governance, and enabling strong business decisions.**Life atSogeti:** Sogetisupports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of yourlife and career.
