Job Description In this position you will be responding to assigned service calls following SERVPRO production guidelines. On a daily basis you will be communicating with the Restoration Supervisor making sure all customer needs are met. What You'll Do Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project Keep a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging equipment for each project Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. Extract water, set up equipment, clean surfaces and perform demo for restoration projects Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance Understand, follow, and perform safety and risk management guidelines along with production processes. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance On call rotations for after-hours emergencies Opportunity to travel to disaster areas during regional storm events Who You Are A team player with a positive attitude Strong work ethic Strong verbal communication skills High school diploma/GED IICRC certifications are a plus Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus Good fit for those with carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control and general labor experience Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Physical and Work Environment Requirements Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance Exposure to cleaning products Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, under buildings or attics) Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
