This is more than a call to join us, it’s an invitation to be part of a visionary journey, to grow with us as we scale.About The PositionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will provide overall administrative and technical direction for large electrical projects ($20M+) in one of our various sectors including: Automation, Civil, Power and Line. You will provide technical and engineering support as required by the projects needed. Our Senior Project Managers play a key role in having overall bottom-line responsibility for profit and loss and consequently carry the authority appropriately.Our Ideal CandidateCan flex and adapt to the growing needs of the business.Can work autonomously and creatively solve problems.Has a growth mindset and is always looking to continually learn and grow.Day in the LifeOversee total construction and design effort (if applicable) to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, National Electric Code, budget, and scheduleAct as a liaison to coordinate communication between both internal and external members on the project including, but not limited to: General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, General Foremen and union officialsAuthorize and/or approve all project staff transactions including choice of superintendent, general foremen, foremen, staff volume and wagesProvide directions to planning, scheduling and engineering functionsParticipate in estimating projects and writing bid proposalsReview and approve purchase requisitions, payment approvals, sending invoices, and changing order requestsAssists in the implementation/interpretation of safety programs and ensures that all OSHA requirements are metEnsure that all company client and project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to and interpret the policiesEnsure the maintenance of all official project documentation and logsProvide directions to planning, scheduling and engineering functionsResponsible for customer maintenance and other sales and marketingMaintain a thorough understanding of labor agreements and standards specific to projectsMinimum QualificationsBS in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or IBEW Apprentice Training Certificate or equivalent in job experience.10+yrs of electrical field experienceExperience in heavy industrial settings preferred. This includes power generation, oil & gas, mining, agricultural and manufacturing.Knowledge of medium voltage, controls, and instrumentation systems preferred.Experience with instrumentation loop drawings and P&ID'sGeneral understanding of heavy industrial construction.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.Knowledge of National Electrical CodeMust possess strong attention to detail and ensure maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project.Temporary relocation to jobsite as required.Experience withAccubida plus.Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.TravelTravelto project sites as required.Salary Range$107,000 – $145,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.BenefitsAt ArchKey Solutions, our benefits package includes competitive health insurance options (medical, dental, and vision), a robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holidays, and access to wellness programs.
